About us
Once a young boy needed a bit of extra cash to buy a bike and decided that the quickest way to get this was to stand, with all the other traders in "The Lane" in London's East End to earn a few pennies. Not only did he make enough to buy the bike but he found that he loved the buzz of buying and selling.
That was over 40 years ago and today, despite many challenges and successes he is still going strong and is now the M.D of Chic Unique.
We are still a family run business and, as such we are fiercly proud of our company, our customer service and our team. Basically, if you are happy, then we are happy.
We trade from the East Lincolnshire coast, just two miles from Skegness Pleasure Beach and whilst our warehouse is not open to the public we are more than happy for our customers to collect goods from us.

Do you provide International delivery?
We are in the process of securing International Delivery and hope to be up and running shortly. In the meantime, please contact us with your specific requirements.
How do I return an item?
We hope you never have to as all our goods are individually checked and re-packed to ensure that they arrive to you in top condition. However, if you do need to return an items please contact us.
What is your returns policy?
Items can be returned only if damaged.
All goods are checked before despatch and a photo is taken to ensure that they get to you in the same excellent condition as we pack them in.
Damage in transit is rare but, just in case we do insure all our parcels.
If your item is damaged when it gets to you then please send us photos of the damaged packaging and we will arrange for a replacement
What are your delivery options?
Delivery:
Our courier will deliver to you, once we have confirmed your order. All parcels are insured and a date for delivery will be provided as someone will need to be in to sign for receipt.
We are working on text alerts to remind you to be in - watch this space.
Collection:
Our warehouse is not yet open to the public but you can collect your item from Skegness, in Lincolnshire by appointment.
If this is your preference then we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time.
